Teams and roles

A project carries its context to everyone on it. A new engineer inherits the same catalogue, the same files, and the same indexed codebase the moment they join.

Invite your team

Open your project in the dashboard, click Members, and invite your team. You can only add members within your organisation.

Adding members requires a paid plan. Once you purchase multiple seats you are assigned as organisation admin and get an admin dashboard for allocating them.

Roles

Role Can do
Owner Full access, including deleting the project
Editor Add and remove datasources
Viewer Read-only access

Grant Editor only to engineers who should be able to change what the whole team's answers are grounded in. Replacing a datasheet revision changes every future answer for everyone on the project.

Accounts are per person

Account credentials, including usernames, passwords, and API keys, cannot be shared. Multiple users cannot access Hydron through a single account.

If an account is compromised, notify support@h2loop.ai immediately. You remain responsible for all activity under your account.

Enterprise agreements

Large teams and organisations can contact support@h2loop.ai to discuss enterprise plans, DPAs, and SLAs. Hydron offers a separate Enterprise Terms of Service customised per entity.

Service Level commitments are available only under an Enterprise agreement. Standard subscription tiers carry no uptime commitment.
