How does billing work?

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe in either USD or INR, depending on customer preference. Additional conversion fees and an international forex markup may apply to payments in INR. Subscription tiers and features are published at hydron.sh/pricing.

Do subscriptions auto-renew?

Yes. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time via your billing settings or by emailing support@h2loop.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current subscription period — you retain access until then.

Can I get a refund?

All fees are strictly non-refundable. Once Stripe processes a payment, no refund, credit, or pro-rata adjustment is issued — including for mid-period cancellation or account termination. This does not affect statutory consumer rights that cannot be contractually waived in your jurisdiction.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan at any time through your account settings. See hydron.sh/pricing for current tiers and features.

What about taxes?

You are responsible for applicable taxes based on your billing address (US state and local sales tax, VAT, GST, etc.). If you believe a tax was applied incorrectly, contact support@h2loop.ai within 30 days of the charge.
