Code, Data & Privacy¶
Who owns the code Hydron generates?
You do. We assign all right, title, and interest in Generated Outputs to you, subject to our Terms. Note that similar outputs may be provided to other users, and you remain responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before use.
Do you train your AI models on my code and prompts?
We may use User Content and Generated Outputs to improve, develop, and personalize our services, including training and fine-tuning our AI models. Paid-tier users can opt out of having their content used for model training by adjusting their account settings.
Do you share my code with third-party AI providers like OpenAI or Anthropic?
No. Hydron operates its own AI models. We do not share your User Content or personal data with any third-party AI model providers.
What rights do I have over my personal data?
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, port, or object to the processing of your personal data. California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA. Email support@h2loop.ai to exercise any of these rights — we respond within 30 days.
Where is my data stored?
We process data on servers in various jurisdictions, including the United States. We apply the protections outlined in our Privacy Policy regardless of where data is processed, and we use legally valid transfer mechanisms for cross-border transfers.
